Fountain of Youth Fitness was founded on the principle of exercising to stay young and healthy. Most of our clients are adults with some high school and middle schoolers.
You must be 18 years of age or older to sign up unless you have consent from your parent or legal guardian.
If you are in a month-to-month contract, Fountain of Youth Fitness simply asks that you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, to request cancellation by giving 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing period. If you are in a contract, you may not cancel until you have fulfilled the minimum term. More information can be found in our Terms of Service.
Although, you can pay per session it costs more than signing up for our unlimited plan if you exercise at least 3x per week (recommended) to really see progress and to succeed with your health and fitness goals.
No. Like most gyms, all billing is done electronically. We only accept debit or credit card payments for our services (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).
If you sign up for group fitness you are encouraged to start sooner than later.
If you sign up for training you can start after we discuss your health and fitness history, goals, and you complete your fitness assessment.
As long as there is still room for participants in the program, you may still register. If there is a fee associated with the program, the fee will be prorated based on the time remaining for the program.
We may be fully booked or you may have missed the scheduling window. See our Terms of Service for more info on scheduling and cancellation periods.
To reschedule or cancel appointments you can log into your account if you have registered. Once logged in you should see all the appointments you have scheduled. Click on the appointment you want to reschedule or cancel and select the appropriate choice. If you have not registered you can still cancel or reschedule an appointment. Click Here to Learn How.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday (5 am - 8 pm) and Saturday (7 am - 12 pm). We are closed on Sundays.
Yes, we have parking adjacent to our facility.
Although, our facility also has two bathrooms that also serve as changing rooms, we do not have any showers. Our focus is on being the best equipped strength and conditioning facility with state of the art equipment.
We are located at 390 South Ave, Suite A, Rochester, NY 14620. Since our facility was recently built from the ground up, GPS doesn’t have the latest updates. If you cannot see Goodwill you may be in the wrong parking lot. Pull around back along Byron St or the adjacent parking lot and you should see our facility which is located on the corner of the Wedge Point Building.
No. We do not offer daycare services. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in our facility as it can be distracting to us and our clients. Please see our Acceptable Use Policy for more information.
