Fountain of Youth Fitness Xtreme is a fun, 30-day personal transformation challenge designed to create a healthier you. Our 30 day transformation is all about Consistency, Commitment and Hard Work! We not only want to help you look and feel better but to get you to think differently and to build a positive relationship with exercise and nutrition. We know that a healthy mind and body are very important for lasting results.

This program consists of group fitness high intensity intervals, plyometrics, and resistance training, which will keep you burning calories more than 24 hours after your workout.

How to get Started?

Accountability is another important aspect of transforming your mind and body. Instead of just showing up we require that you schedule your appointments online for the sessions you want to attend.

Our hope is that this becomes part of your daily routine so that you don't have to feel like you have to fit YOU in your day.
