What is Semi-Private Training?
Semi-Private Training is results driven and involves a small group of 2-4 people training at once following their respective program by one trainer. This is a big difference from a large group setting of 10, 20, or even 50 people in a fitness class or bootcamp. In a setting of only 2-4 people, you are going to get a lot of attention and time from the trainer.
What are the benefits of Semi-Private Training?
When you train with a small group, you’ll receive a level of social support you won’t get by working out alone or in a solo personal training session. Many people prefer working out with a small group. It can be much more fun and motivating than exercising alone. Your group members will cheer you on, hold you accountable, inspire you and encourage you to stick with the program to help you achieve your goals.
With Semi-private training, you have access to the full facility without having to wait in a line for equipment, be away from large crowds, feel lost in the mix, and have the full attention of a professional who is going to make sure you do things right and help you towards your goals.
Personal training on a 1-1 basis can be pricey. In a semi-private training session you are sharing the cost of the coach for that hour with an unnoticeable difference in quality of coaching. If you factor in NO GYM FEES, and the fact that you still get the same benefits and results that you’d get with a private sessions, we'd say it's win-win!

How to get Started?
Before we start you on a training program, we will set you up with a complimentary transformation session to evaluate your current fitness level so we can help establish a program catered to your fitness goals. The assessment includes a one on one discussion regarding your personal exercise history, fitness goals, and nutritional habits as well as putting you through a series of movement screening tests that include postural analysis, and strength and endurance level tests. This assessment will give our trainers a solid foundation for where you are currently, where you ultimately want to be, and how exactly we are going to help you get there!
